We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor with experience in the restaurant industry to oversee all maintenance operations across our branches. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for all restaurant locations • Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems • Handle urgent repair issues quickly and professionally • Supervise maintenance technicians and manage third-party service providers • Maintain an organized schedule for inspections and routine servicing • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, hygiene, and quality standards • Track maintenance expenses, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate equipment replacements when needed • Report regularly to operations management with updates and recommendations Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in restaurants or F&B • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and building systems • Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple branches • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Technical diploma or related certification preferred • Strong communication and reporting skills
